Of all the dratted luck...
I've been running a fever since Monday morning. I don't necessarily feel bad, but I have a horrendous headache and go from cold to hot and back again. I awoke again today, the second time in 4 days at 2:45 am. Except today is Tuesday which means work. Lots of work. Wally World Tuesdays make me nuts. I stayed awake until 4:30 and went to lay back down. Unlike Saturday, I managed to fall back asleep, but it was really, really difficult to roll out from under the covers and out of the bed when that crappy little beep kept blaring me! Luckily I was up and at 'em and made it to work on time. I'm done with the majority of the busy work for the day - took me much longer than normal because I just can't focus today. On top of it all, it's supposed to be 79 degrees today - the last of that we'll see for at least a week. *Sigh* I'm so ready for Spring to march in, kick its boots off and hang around a while. The Dogwoods and Red Buds are blooming. Buttercups are out in full force. Ah. Can I go home already? Even though I know I'll end up sitting at my desk reading all sorts of Twilight Fan Fiction. I feel like I don't have a life!
