I worked Tuesday night as an usher, so I was cleaning the theatres by myself. When I got into work, I had about ten minutes to kill until I had to clean my first theatre, so I helped this guy named Omar clean the consession counters. We was stocking the lids, and I did straws and got rid of some trash. Now Omar is a rather good looking guy. He's got a gorgeous smile, a deep, smooth voice, and warm eyes, and killer arms.
After that, I went back to ushering. I had told him that if I needed help, I'd call him. I always do because spending time with him is always nice. Unfortunately, I really didn't need help because it was a very slow night, and there wasn't a lot of trash, which was fine with me. Omar got off of work at 8, and I was giving ticket taker their break. When I went back to ushering, Omar followed.
Omar is usually a talkative and friendly guy, but on Tuesday night, he was really quiet. I thought that he was just having an off night since finals are next week or because of family issues, but it was neither.
When I usher, I like to wait for the movies to get out by watching the endings, and Omar stood right by me when I did. I hugged him, because I love his hugs; they're so soft and warm. He held my hand a little bit, and I thought it was just harmless flirting. He was still being quiet though, and it bugged me! I tried to talk to loosen him up, but to no avail. So I put him to work.
We were cleaning in theatre twelve, and it actually had trash to clean! I did the top, while he did the bottom. When he finished with the bottom, he came up to help me. I handed him some paper to throw away. Instead, he grabbed my hand, took me into him, and kissed me with such a passion that Romeo and Juliet would be jealous.
I was so speechless! I didn't know what to make of this. I mean, I did have a crush on him, but I had no clue that it would progress into this. After we finished kissing, I just looked at him, my brows furrowed. His gaze did not match mine, instead, he looked relieved. He sweapt a stray hair behind my ear and told me, "I knew I liked you from the first time I saw you..." I couldn't say anything in response; my mind was racing. Before I could utter a sound, he kissed me again.
After he kissed me, Omar opened up. He was smiling and talking and laughing. I was enjoying myself, too. He was telling me little stories of things that I had done (but had forgotten). The first time we met, I had asked him what his name was. Me, being the not-too-observant person that I am, didn't notice that he was wearing a name tag. It was cute little happenings like that he remembered.
My evening that night was wonderful. He waited for me while I did my closing duties, and we spent about half and hour together in the break room, just kissing. He was a gentleman about it, though; he made no attempt at doing anything other than kiss. He held me so tight when we hugged, I knew that what he was telling me earlier was genuine. '

Ok, so that is my unexpected little romantic story.
We talked for about three hours last night after I got off of work. He came to see me at about 9:45, and I was scheduled to leave at 12:30. Unlucky me was sent home early after having had only two hours on the clock. He as in the break room when I went up there, and we kissed hello while I got my stuff from my locker.
We sat in on the last 15 minutes of Twilight while he kissed me more. After that, we moved onto Four Christmases...
We walked around downtown after that ended, which was about 11:15. He told me that he's a (very) jealous guy. I told him that I could handle that, but I told myself if it got out of hand, I wouldn't hesitiate to tell him. He also told me that he's Muslim. I really like that he has somthing to have faith in; I sure could use some reinforcement in my faith.
I am so grateful for tonight. I can tell that he is a good man with a good heart and intentions. I can tell he won't do me wrong in the future. I hope that our relationship, should this develope into something serious, is strong and lasts a very long time.
