Detox Day 1

General Well-Being/Mood
Lower back hurts, probable pulled muscle from last week
Some head pressure, possibly allergies
Tired, but I did walk a 5K yesterday
Slightly hungry, but trying to keep meals small

Weight 162.5

Breakfast
Oatmeal with slivered almonds and strawberries

Lunch
Organic minestrone soup with rice crackers
Salad w/ tomatoes, peppers, sunflower seeds and flax seed oil dressing

Snacks
Slice apricots
Ultraclear shake
Peach
Rice cakes

Dinner
Leftover soup
Hummus with celery sticks

Water
Approximately 70 oz.
