remember the kid from "Ripple"? well he's back. he has a name too! his name is Matthew and he gets his own storyline lol. he's part of this story I'm working on called "Personal Disorder" and it's about a bunch of crazies. really. he is a crazy, but a somewhat controlled crazy. try and guess by this image, it's pretty easy.

if you couldn't tell... I haven't been able to draw his hair right ever since "ripple." =/ I made it up in the first place, but I haven't gotten it to where I like it yet.
the coat I did from memory. I barely got a reference. :( buttons are reversed, my bad.
I like the idea of this image more than the actual image. I might re-draw this one someday.
