lots of beer
I haven't written in here for ages it seems, I had a massive last few days though. Went down to Alex's on friday for cricket. Was a smashing afternoon, even though we lost the game. Went back to his place after the game, drank beer and watched the cricket, had a swim somewhere in there too. Eventually went in to the city and drank even more, which ended up in a bit of randomness. Good times though.
Got a haircut on saturday, and then went into uni for a testimonial of two blokes that aren't playing for my soccer team next year. This was followed by lots of drinking down at our pub, jugs were being bandied about like there was no tomorrow. TBS was having a party, so went there after a time at the pub. Met some randoms, drank some more etc.
Had family over on Sunday for a sort of pre-Christmas thingy. Was pretty hungover by this stage due to the large amounts of alcohol consumed over the previous few days, so took it easy and had a bit of a quiet one in front of the TV. For that night was the night of the Nth London derby, SPURS vs ars*n*l.
Got in to Scruffy's at about 9 for some pregame bevvies and birthday wishes (another blokes birthday that day, mine on the Monday). Come midnight all sorts of people started buying me drinks which resulted in a very high intoxication factor. Not sure if that last sentence makes sense, but it'll have to do. Anyway, come the game, went up to Cheers (which was now packed to the rafters with people from both sides). The singing was loud and fierce. We went ahead 1-0 and there was absolute chaos. Tables were broken, beers were thrown etc. Pure ecstasy. It ended up 1-1, although we should have won the game fairly comfortably.

Got home at about 4, waited a while then watched the Steelers beat the Panthers, just because I could. First game I have seen them win this year (live at least).
Monday was my birthday, and pretty much sat around half asleep all day. Got a Boss PH-3 Phase Shifter for the day, which is fucking quality. Love it. Went out to dinner that night, drank more after being shouted sambuca's by the owner.
Went in to work on Tuesday with a sore head. Came 2nd at trivia that night, and got thoroughly drunk once again.
Worked half a day today, pretty boring.
Got the day off tomorrow, so will probably see the new Bond movie at some stage.
Two towers is out in a week, can't wait.
