I need a layout/background done. One of my ICT's coursework is to make a website. There was 3 choices. 1. To make a retail website. 2. A webste on a specific jazz club called 'The Firefly' (corny I know) lol and 3. An educational website. I've chosen the Jazz club one.

I need something sultry, soulful, beautiful, dazzling...lol ok you get the point.

Obviously, if charges need to be paid then we'll sort something out.
