Should I say something?

So I have this problem...yes...live journal is my place to vent i guess...

anyways

this girl i sit next to at work is *constantly" on personal calls.  I have tried to ignore it but it's reached the point where it is seriously doing my head in!  At 11am everyday she gets a call and she spends an hour...or until she goes to lunch on one call chatting in hungarian..sometimes whispering sometimes yelling..(and that's just ONE of the calls!!  there are many more!)

now my 2IC sits just behind me and my Manager sits opposite me but they havent said anything to her.  No one else makes so many personal calls or even talks so loudly!  It's driving my other 3 team members to distraction as well as me!

the thing that gets to me tho...is why, when clearly my 2 managers must hear her..they arent saying anything..

I really feel like I need to say something to my 2IC about it...let her know it is distracting everyone and that it is really not appropriate to spend all of your work day making personal calls..I know when i was in my old team people were warned about making too many personal calls..but i am not sure how to go about it..i dont want to seem like this whingey dobber..if u know what I mean...

argh!!

m aybe i should just ask to move desks...far away from her!!  hahaha
