Well that was anticlimatic

I'm just confused. I hadn't read too many spoilers, but I already knew Lucifer would rise, so this whole episode was extremely anticlimatic. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled that Ruby is dead. I was hoping that would happen, but that was pretty much the only thing I didn't already know. I was bracing myself for Bobby to die and for there to be major angst, but none of that really happened. When it ended all I could think was, "Huh? That was it?" I kept staring at the tv like show would come back and continue, even though the credits already ran. (And why did it end almost exactly like Lost did yesterday? Fade to shite... err White. (Shite was a typo, but it cracked me up and I couldn't make myself delete it. Really, though, credits are nothing great.)

I was kind of excited to see Crazy Eddie (I can't be the only one who watched First Wave, can I?). Though then it blew my mind that Crazy Eddie was Azazel and Cade Foster was Azazel's son. More confusion. That just doesn't work. No way Crazy Eddie was running that show. And does this make Lucifer and the demons the gua?

What was with all the Disney shout outs this week? Dean needs to "get his head in the game"? Dean watches The Suite Life of Zack and Cody? (I hope he also used to watch Phil of the Future. That show was awesome! Can we get Phil Diffy/Ricky Ullman on the show sometime?) And Sam is Dumbo. Hahaha! Oh, how I laughed at that one! I hated you, Ruby, but that was great!

I heart Castiel. And Castiel hearts Dean. Only Dean. He doesn't really seem to care about the rest of humanity, but he'll do anything for Dean. Yay! It made me so freakin' happy when he threw off Zachariah and mojo'd Dean out of wherever the heck he was. Yay Castiel!

Also awesome was Chuck ordering hookers (strippers?) for the last night of Earth. Silly boy. I also may have squeed when Chuck tried putting his hand on Cas's shoulder and Cas just looked at him like, "Back off, bitch. (You aren't Dean)" Ahh, love.

But the rest? Nothing new. Nothing especially painful. Nobody I like died, Sam realized he was a dumbass, brothers don't hate each other anymore, Castiel loves Dean again. Actually, that's a pretty sweet ending, come to think of it. Maybe if I hadn't known Lucifer would rise I would be more upset, but I did know. So it's all good.

Still, I don't want to wait three or four months for more. Waaaa!
