The Rapture

They've broken out the super intense music, time to gear up for The End. I'm afraid. Can we have another funny episode before then, please ? Or I may start joining Dean in brokenness. I know, it's totally not happening and they're just going to leave us with some cliffhanger that will torture me all summer, just like last year. sigh

So, Dean has peaceful dreams now, huh? And he's alone in them. That makes me sad. I know Sam's been bad lately, but can't Dean at least dream old Sammy? Or a happy family? Castiel inhabiting an of age female so they can act on their love? No? Damn. And someone/thing may be listening in Dean's mind? Creepy. I hope Castiel just meant God, explaining why he later wouldn't tell.

Jimmy eating was awesome. I especially loved how Dean looked kind of grossed out by it when he eats like that when he hasn't gone months without food.

And then we see Sam the demon blood junkie jonesing for a fix. You stupid, stupid boy. I know you were lost and would do anything to bring Dean back or get revenge when you started, but he's been back for a while now and you've only gotten worse. Should've put some effort into kicking that habit back in September. You know it's not right or good. And then he was all pissy because he knew it was because of this addiction that he let Jimmy get away.

Oooh! There's something in Jimmy's blood that makes him special! Like Sam, but not evil. And apparently inherited, because his daughter has it, too.

I loved Castiel's baroo? when he first got all up in Jimmy. Though he did bungle talking to the daughter pretty horribly. Oh, Cas, you were so awkward back then.
I do wonder why Jimmy also had the same eardrum bursting reaction to Castiel that Dean did at first, though we later see him talking to Castiel just fine. I thought it hurt because Dean couldn't handle his true voice?

I totally called all things Sam last week: "Well, we know they got some demon blood/mojo out, because it tasted funny. I hope that means Sammy isn't as demonic. I also hope Sam doesn't go straight to Ruby for a fix." Sam wasn't as demonic/his powers weren't working and he was trying to get a hold of Ruby for a fix! I win!

I hope it was just the withdrawal talking and Sam doesn't really think that Jimmy's only options were staying away forever or killing himself. I mean, if the apocalypse is prevented, you'd think there wouldn't really be much of a demand for Jimmy and maybe he could go back home. Maybe. There is the possibility, at least.

Did anyone else think Dean looked a little jealous when Jimmy was saying goodbye to his wife? Just me? Ok, then...
I was also highly amused when Castiel was a little girl. He must've been disappointed the wife was already possessed by a demon, or he would have finally been in a body where he could have a romantic relationship with Dean.

Holy crap, Sam! I guess he has hit rock bottom. He can't even hide his blood sucking ways any more. And if he was anyone else, Dean would definitely have offed him right then and there. Ugh.

Jimmy would totally fit in with the Winchesters. Self sacrifice is always the way to go.

And the end? Why, God, why?! I loved Castiel's relationship with Dean. Now it's gone and he's back to being a robot. Boo! And there goes another person Dean could rely on. Sam's messed up and now Castiel is being standoffish. The only one who's really there for him now is Bobby... which makes me fear for his life.
