What I learned from this episode:
1. Stay away from strippers with Disney princess names
2. Never share drinks
3. Winchesters are lying liars who lie and will never learn
4. I don't trust women who choose Sam over Dean (yeah, I totally thought it was the doctor lady)
5. Sammy is a little shit
6. Dean can never ever have friends (which is why I should've realized it was the dude)
Seriously, though, I can't get over the Disney princess names. That was awesome. I would've laughed hysterically if the guy had said his name was Charming. Or Beast. Those princes sure do get the shit end of the stick, huh? Ok, so Eric and Phillip are fine. But Charming? And naming two princes Charming? Just awful. A worse cop-out than not giving Ethan Embry's character a name in That Thing You Do.
It also makes me sad that the one time Dean makes a friend, he turns out to be the monster. Especially sad when his brother is looking more and more evil as the season goes on. And while evil Sam is really hot, he just makes me sad. He used to be such a good boy, caring about killing people and having morals and stuff. I miss that Sam.
I realized Charming was the siren when Dean handed him the flask. Flashbacks to "Dream a Little Dream of Me" and Dean drinking the beer he was given.
And the fight? Oh, God, the fight. Dean was just saying things we all know are true. They are lying to each other all the time, Sam is sneaking around with Ruby and doing things that will get him smited (smote? smit?). Sam was just a bastard. He even looked like he did when he was possessed by Meg (minus the black eyes, but you know what I mean). Can Dean's self-confidence get any lower than it already is? With Sam doing the talking, I bet it did. I was really hoping that it would be a breakthrough for them, but the idiots just ignored it all at the end. Stupid boys. Will they never learn?! Dean even commented to Charming that it was nice to be able to trust someone, and he was still just willing to go back to the lies. Stupid, stupid boys. I want to smack them both. And maybe give an extra punch to the gut (or two) to Sam for being so downright mean.
When is Castiel coming back? Dean needs some love and it seems he can't get that from his family anymore.
