[VOICE; ACCIDENTAL]
[Sound cuts in, maybe midway through the owner of a new journal saying something.]
-baki? ...No, this isn't...
...where is this? No, where the hell did you take me now! [he almost sounds desperate, his voice rising, both in panic and rage and acting as if he's talking to someone in particular.] He can't go by himself! Ragna

Her tone is cautious. Obviously, he doesn't remember this place. And no, she's not telling you where Yukianesa most likely is.]
...If you were asking about Tsubaki, she's just fine.

You...
[There's a definite pause of familiarity, maybe even light surprise to hear from her-or anyone-from Kagutsuchi. He still sounds quite...annoyed at the lack of location of his Nox Nyctores that you won't help him find, Miss Litchi.]
...You're that woman from the clinic. What are you doing here?
[Another pause. Last time he saw Tsubaki was literally... well, he was face to face with her in a void when he blacked out and woke up here.]
Tsubaki is also here? Where? [Her using Armagus Izayoi is still on his mind.]

Hmm. I'm impressed you remember. But to be honest, I'm here for the same reason you are: someone brought me here. [Over a year ago, but there's no need to press any berserk buttons by saying silly things like "you could be here forever" or "we're here as an experiment."
There's a bit of a pause as Litchi weighs the options of telling him about Tsubaki, then a soft sigh. They're close friends. She's sure this shouldn't be a problem. Be nice to her "daughter", Jin.] Tsubaki has been staying with me and a couple other housemates. I think she went out for the day, though, so I'm not sure on an exact location for now.

He takes note of Tsubaki's normal location for later, but for now he just grunts in a bit of pain (from those stupid wings), before replying.]
And what reason is that?

...All of us are brought here as part of an experiment by a group of scientists known as the Malnosso. The wings on your back are because of them. Please don't try to remove them, though; even just pulling out a few feathers will have a very negative effect on your health.

[He was just about to start pulling feathers out after finding Yukianesa, but that puts a whole new spin on it.
Still, he is certainly erked at the story, silent, and wondering how the hell to respond.]
What. [ohhh, yukianesa, where are you. he needs to vent.]

I know it's a bit much to digest, but... please, don't act rashly. As far as we've found, there is no way out aside from going through the same scientists who brought us here. The best we can do is just to simply make the most of it while we're here.

[OH WELL THAT'S JUST FUCKING GRAND.]
Where would one go to speak to [or gut] these scientists?
Reply
...I know it's rather difficult to take in.

[Quick change of subject and almost too calmly said to be a good thing coming from Jin with his reaction a moment before:]
Is there any estimate as to how many individuals are currently captive here?
Reply
...It varies, but I'd place an estimate around a few hundred. People come and go frequently, though.
