Advocare Day 1 AM

Quick note -- In my goal to be healthier and make my Doctors happier, I am embarking on an Advocare Journey. Friends have had a lot of success with it, it seems stable enough, and falls within the parameters of what "Team DR" would advise. To track everything, I'm going to start posting here.

7:30 Spark - an Orangey powder in water. Not bad.
There is optional Catalyst. I do not know what this is - Must ask Kristen H-Vvb
Fiber Drink in water, + meal replacement shake for breakfast around 8am is planned.
Must discuss coffee situation. I did not see it on my menu plan. I am curious if I should be worried or not.

10:00am - Finally off business call - a little late in the game, I know, but it's finally "breakfast" time. Tried the Fiber Drink thing. OH. OH. I'm pretty sure I puked in my mouth a little. That is some nasty stuff.
Can I try it in juice or something? ick.
Meal Replacement powder with some frozen blueberries and water in my magic blender is not bad. Not bad at all. I'm glad I got the non dairy variety. Will start experimenting with what frozen fruit is best.

2:00pm - Did the Spark thing again - different flavor. Not as good as the Orangey one, but it will do. It's keeping the caffeine headache away, so that's good. Lunch of some chicken in green verde sauce, rice based tamale wrap. And pulled dinner (Chicken tenderloins) out of the freezer to start defrosting. Got a homemade marina to go on it and bake... so far, so good.

Dinner - Chicken (Skinless/boneless) in homemade Marinara (with Artichoke Hearts and Garbanzo Beans), Green Beans, Brown Rice. I rock.

Pills taken. It's all good.

Wrap up: Day one - Not hungry at any time. Miss chocolate. And coffee.
