I made a girl go storming out of a house tonight because she was so offended when I said the following:
"so im a girl who goes to emo shows and the occasional hardcore show and i was sitting in my room listening to the chariot reading my bible when i realized god wants me to date and therin fuck this boy i met a few days ago, he lives in richmond and is in a band and has lots of tatoos including one on his neck, in a little bit ill get sick of him and cheat on him, he will break up with me and ill attribute it to being part of god's plan and say that its just a sign theres someone better out there for me and i shouldnt ever take responsibility for anything i ever do because i have jesus on my side."
Basically she admitted to that being a concise and acurate description of herself. Everyone begged me to apologize so I went out and said this:
"Hey, I'm sorry that my nihilistic humor upset you, it wasn't a direct assault on any one individual rather it was on stereotypical members of a group at large, if you felt you identified with that group im sorry."
So basically I didn't apologize for what I said, I apologized for her being a whore. But she is an idiot so it appeased her tantrum.
Having ridiculously high standards for what I want in a girl and then having one in my life who actually meets up to them is awesome and makes making fun of the rest of them so much more fun!
