What is going on?
On certain days, I believe it is Wednesday, but I would have to test this hypothesis. The lights for people turning off the highway...take forever to turn green. People start trying to get out of these lanes after waiting for minutes. I'm not sure how long exactly the light is, but when I started to count after I had been waiting for a bit, it took 4 MINUTES for the light to change to green, and then it was only green long enough for three cars to go through the light. It's really really ridiculous. It seems to be only Wednesday...It's really strange.
