This is quite a dire situation..... my dish soap is all gone D: heh...... I probably could buy some tonight but I'm not feeling like going anywhere so I think I'll buy some on my way home from work tomorrow.  Yay for having a combini on my way home.  I could get some ice cream too and eat it while walking.  I know Lucy wants me to go to that party in Fukushima tomorrow but I am seriously not feeling like 2 hours on the train after work and all the other hassle.... since it is a costume party and I have no costume.  Etc, etc.  She'll probably be sad but what can you do.  The biggest reason I don't want to go is that the theme is "anything but clothes" and the fact that most people will probably be drunk.  I also have two other parties this weekend which will be much better but which I have NO information on other than what days they are..... hopefully that will get cleared up soon.

I killed 104 flies at work today.  I honestly thought 100 was an unreachable number but it came together.  Probably because I went after them in other rooms of the school (the teachers actually asked me to because there were so many).

Class with 5/6 was so great today.... we made grilled cheeses and watched some Chris Farley skits from SNL and then played a couple of games.  It was a double English day for them.  3/4 was insane as usual.  I honestly don't know what to do with them anymore but I just keep trying.  Today was the last day of the semester so we had game requests.  I told them that if they broke the rules of the fishing game I would steal their fish lol.... and at the end maybe I would win rather than them if I had enough..... but of course they weren't that bad.  I only ended up having 3 fish at the end.  The winning team had 82.

The school got a bunch of new books for their library and they have Japanese Dr Seuss books!  There was a boxed set of about 5 including one of the Horton stories and one of the Bartholomew ones.... and Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose.  I am pretty excited and I plan on going to their library whenever the next semester starts to look at them more closely.

They gave me a cucumber and I ate it after work.  Mmmm cucumber.  My 3rd graders at Satosho call them hachicumbers :D

books, satosho, yamasho
