I do not believe these physicians to be correct in their assumptions either. They told me I should train less. How am I supposed to improve my skills if I do not train rigorously?
I would not eat as many sweets as you do...but different people require varying types of foods to keep them at their full potential. And I should be allowed to train as much as I want. Sprains and scratches heal quickly enough...
