The Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Doubleheader Report
Sorry for my absence from here in the last few days, but a lot has happened when I was away from here. Of course, I failed to announce that on August 22nd was the 2nd Anniversary of the newspaper-concept journal "The Nyanko Chronicles". I went to Anime Festival Orlando 9 on Sunday, August 17th - it was a lot of fun!! Short commentary report and pictures from the con on a future report - coming very soon. And to announce that Kuro-sensei and Maggie-san are named as "The Nyanko Chronicles' Tomodachi of the Month" for August.
I've been very busy lately, was very happy to spend a wonderful time with an honorable close friend on the 10th day, was very upset to someone that had to do with something that happened out there on the 11th since last year (doesn't want talk to anyone about it), and today... I will be honoring my otousama's birthday that he celebrates today. I will always love him so very much and he will always be my most honorable father that I could ever have. Feliz cumpleaños, Papi!! *big hearts and hugs*
Anyway, to the chapter summary reports for the latest TRC chapters.

The Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle - Chapter 197
After being transported back by Yuuko to modern Japan, "Li Syaoran, Jr." suffered serious injuries due to his attempted battle against Fei Wong Reed. Yuuko said that a future has already been decided by his move and that his upcoming decision will determine the fate of another future. Nursing his injuries inside her shop, the price of trying to heal "Junior's" injuries was paid by his father - Li Syaoran. It's true that the black carved seal inside Sakura-hime's body will cause for her to die.
He wishes to return back to the Kingdom of Clow to find a way to erase the black seal inside her body. Yuuko asks that if he will exchange for his life for the wish, but "Junior" says that neither he doesn't want to die or will allow Sakura-hime to die. Yuuko understood and informed him that by going back there will be a one-way trip in which he won't be able to return or to see his parents again. He decided to give up all that in order to return and do his best to protect Sakura-hime. His wish is granted and as he rests, Yuuko spoke about how painful must have been for him to make such a wish. However, making such a painful wish will make him much stronger. He decided to give up his happiness to return to the Kingdom of Clow and by making another upcoming decision when he returns there... his future might be a very painful one.

The Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle - Chapter 198
Splash Page Rating: I really like this one for it's really cute!! I'm so glad to see young Kurogane and Fai on a splash page. Awwhh!! >///< All three of them look so lovely being so very young (of course, I was happy to see young Touya and Yuki as well back then *bliss*). To tell you the truth, young Kurogane was always such a cheerful mischievous kid, it's amusing that Fai loves books so much, and "Junior" looks so kawaii as a shy young toddler! I better stop because I'm going to go on an endless ranting about this ultra kawaii splash page!! ^o^
Jumping back to the present as they are standing in the water caverns. It's official: at least you get to see Fai and Kurogane in this chapter, the depriving days without them are finally over - for now... *clears throat* Anyway, Mokona was asking if he had a chance to speak with his parents after being healed from his injuries. "Junior" said that he didn't for he was sent the way that he was back to the Kingdom of Clow. Kurogane asked that he reason for explaining his past was because it might be helpful for their upcoming battle. "Junior" said that it is and that he knows Kurogane and Fai's past through Cloney's eyes during his time of being captured by Fei Wong Reed.
As "Junior" continued to explain, the scene jumps back to the past sequence where he arrived in front of Sakura-hime in the purification caverns. Sakura-hime is surprised to see him once again, thinking that he would return to Japan. He asked about the cleansing, but she said that it ended 7 days ago. It was very hard for "Junior" to keep his normal composure in front of her as he reminded himself that the black carved seal is inside her body. As he reached for her hand, he pulled her into a tight embrace. To tell you the truth, that scene was cute and yet painful for he really wanted to protect her. His embrace to her was so very beautiful that I was about to cry. Hontou kirei desu wa!! >////< "Junior", you da man!! *thumbs high*
*clears throat* Anyway, both of them are walking together in the castle while holding hands as they have promised to do. She said that she lost her memories during the cleansing ceremony and wondering if she would ever have a chance to see him again. "Junior" was really grateful for her concern and thanked her for waiting for him. They met up with Queen Nadeshiko on the way and as Sakura-hime left to inform to her father, she and "Junior" had a very serious talk about the black carved seal inside Sakura-hime's body. Queen Nadeshiko explained that she is the only one who can see it, but when he said that he could see it... she said that Fei Wong Reed wanted to show him. I wonder why would he want to do such a thing? *blinks curiously*
Queen Nadeshiko said that she barely saw it through a dream while he was in modern Japan - that Fei Wong Reed wanted to make his wish come true. In a state of anger towards Fei Wong Reed, "Li Syaoran, Jr." vows that he will be determined to find a way to erase the black carved seal from Sakura-hime's body and that he won't allow Fei Wong Reed's wish to become true - no matter what happens!!
