chickens
My chickens are about 11 weeks old now. And one of them sounds like a vuvuzela. This is not good, as in Burien we are not allowed to have roosters.
So if you, or anyone you know, might want a beautiful Silver-Laced Wyandotte rooster, tame, hand-raised, friendly ... please do let me know.
eta: *sigh* his name is Lucie. I've been told he must be confused. But no, he's not at all confused. He knows he's a roo, and he's very good at it. He protects the hens & watches out for them, herds them around the yard, stays between them & the cat, comes & tells me when they need more food. Oh, and crows, which is the problem of course.
