I took B to see Mean Girls on Friday after school. We had a nice afternoon together. It's been one of the first times we've been out in a long while. Most, if not 90% of the time, B and I stay home and read or play games at home. It's hard for me to find time for us to go out. Every day I have her, she has school for half the day. I'm all about school for her, so I won't be taking her out of school so we can go to the mall or to Disneyland. I just want her to know the value of school and how important it is for her.
I'm hoping during the summer we can visit her school friends, go swimming, and just spend more time together. I'm looking forward to taking her out for an afternoon without school.
