Updates
Some of you might know that Monica was feeling pretty hurty this weekend. Behind one of her incision sites, her muscles hurt whenever she twisted or bent over. She went into see the surgeon at clinic today and he said that it is actually pretty normal. It's not a hernia or an infection or anything like that. He did tell her no more late night pilates when she can't sleep however. :P
We both miss our little girl a lot, though she has been talking to us on the phone very well the past week or so. She will laugh and stuff with us. Then more than likely hang up when she starts pressing buttons. :)
She is also apparently doing some very advanced things for a 16 1/2 month old. She has a play kitchen at her mamaw's house and she will stir and cook her pretend food, then pretend to eat it and go "MMmmmm!" and also feed it to her doll. The other day, Monica's mom was dressing Ari and didn't tell her she was pretty and beautiful after putting on her clothes (she normally does), and Ari struck a pose and said, "Beyoo? Beyoo?" She is also calling Oscar "Oscar" instead of "dog-dog." And she is a champion ketchup dipper.
We saw HP the other night. Pretty good movie. Also, we made a super awesome dinner last night of spaghetti and meatballs using the fresh basil, oregano, thyme, sage and tomatoes from our garden. It was super awesome delicious.
