Ari Update

So, a quick update on what Ari is up to.

1. She crawls a lot, and is walking in her walker and when you hold onto her hands. She loves to get into trouble.
2. Ari has her first little tooth (finally!). When we got her back from spending a week at her mamaw's (mamaw is the one responsible for the explosion in walking), we saw a little white bump on her lower gums. Now the tooth is poking out. Hopefully her the other tooth will come in soon, so she won't be a little snaggletooth for long. :)
3. "Big Girl" Foods ari likes:
   • Guacamole
   • Rice
   • Pickled Ginger - tear off a little piece of it (make sure it didn't get any fish on it) and she will GOBBLE it up. Great for having nice, fresh baby-breath.
   • Cornmeal 'spoon bread' - From Don Pablo's
   • Pickles
   • SALSA - yes, that's right, Ariana likes salsa. And not mild stuff, either; Don Pablo's salsa is on the hot side. Yesterday, she kept looking and grabbing at our chips & salsa, so I dipped my pinky in the salsa, and gave her a taste. SHE LIKED IT!!
   I am so proud of my little girl for being so adventurous with food, just like her daddy. Once she gets her teeth in, she can try olives. Maybe this upcoming Passover, she can try chopped liver. I swear she'll be a Tabasco fiend by her fourth birthday. :)

That's about it, Ariana-wise. As for myself, things are kind of busy at work, as I am the 'point man' on an ISO 17799 assessment this week. I've been collecting documentation, and writing new stuff and doing all sort of stuff. But for the most part, Grant Street is on the right track, so this is good.
