Wonderfalls Shot John Lennon
Today was the first real rehearsal for Wonderfalls. All of our cast was there (sans Alec and the chick who dropped out this afternoon) so we had our first complete read through. I'm anxious to start blocking because once we start that I'll really feel like this thing is underway. I must really love this shit because rehearsals are looking to be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8pm to 11pm. And we are only going to have 3 preformances.

Apparetly right after our first weekend is up all our lights are getting jacked for Annie on the mainstage. So unless Trev wants to sit in the back with a maglite, we'd be in the dark. I actually have two rehearsals tomorrow as Jerry wants to meet for "The Day the Shot John Lennon" for yet ANOTHER read through of that script. That's at 7 and Wonderfalls is at 8 right upstairs. I'm looking forward to that show but I'm getting tired of all the read throughs. I mean, we don't even actually START rehearsing that show till the end of July and it goes up in September. And I have already had more rehearsal on it that I have had on Wonderfalls that goes up next month. I appreciate Jerry's enthusiasm but damn dude, we've got the time. I mean, there's only so much you can get out of a script by sitting and reading it. Not saying that it isn't valuable but I really think the next step for that show is actually getting up and reading and such not sitting in desks at the Speechlab. But I know my place and I go to the rehearsals for the shows I'm in. It's amazing how many actors can't wrap their heads around that basic concept..... But I digress. Dinner, American Dad and then sleep. Tomorrow comes today.....
