1. am in austin visiting my lady and finishing up some reshoots and extra scenes for the flick.
2. am moving to austin after the fall revival tour. come december, this'll be my town. sad to leave the wonderful city of portland and my wonderful friends there, but am super excited to day after day be in the same day as my lady, and am ready for whatever next adventure to come.
3. drums inside your chest this past weekend was great. did milos with emily wells and sock hop with cr avery, and both (i felt) went splendidly. it's been maybe three years since i've seen cr which was real nice--his piano playing is even better. spending time with he and emily was very inspiring, to be around these two one person musical performers.
4. amber sung a song in her living room by her and her mother. i want to put it in the film.
5. come austin, i am further excited for:
not being on the road, and focusing on the making of things: things for my online store, musical colabs, and finally having time to finish projects.
6. 7" record. by the end of the year. 7" record.
7. need to find a place to live and a roommate. we want:
-a house not an apartment.
-the eastside, hyde park, or a comparable neighborhood.
-hardwood floors.
8. have still much to do pre-revival:
-new book, the feather room
-book cover
-order cds
-revival art for shirt and tote bags
-possible chap books of tiny poems and/or billy the kid
-art for possible poster(s)
