I have managed to develop the worst sleeping schedule ever. And my attempts to fix it keep being complicated by me getting distracted and then staying up forever. Basically if I don't sleep until i'm tired, i'm up til three or four. then on the weekend or days when i dont have finals this week, i sleep til like one or two. then i repeat the process. i need to stop this...
