I think today I will make cannelloni. I don't have the energy for pasta from scratch, but the grocery store next to my building sells sheets of pasta dough, and I have minced spinach, feta cheese, some ground beef, tomato sauce, and plenty of herbs.

Therefore: Cannelloni!

With any luck, the cat I am currently cat-sitting for will not jump up to roll around in my creation the first time I wander away to go pee. ;)
