The wait goes ever, ever on ...

So, it turns out that because the casing of my computer has been bent, they can't get all the bits to fit back in properly. It's been that way for a while, but it wasn't really affecting the computer's function and it would've cost money and time, so I hadn't had it fixed before. However, to get it back together and functioning, it looks like Eris needs a whole new lower casing.
SO. If I'm VERY lucky, I might have her back by tomorrow night. Perhaps we should underline that. Lucky. Otherwise, it'll be Monday at the earliest. I have been very sad and bored without my lovely lappy. I am such an addict. It's kind of sad ...
On the plus side, I've read several books and watched a few movies I've been meaning to get through. >.>

In other news, tonight's Atlanta's opening. People seem to be enjoying it so far, which is good! Later I get to go to the opening night party. And there's gonna be a lot of 'people' there, if you know what I mean. Oy. Perhaps I shall write about it tomorrow ...
