Fringe up to ep.5
I had no expectations when I started watching this series, because I simply didn't know what it was and I wasn't aware of all the critics. And i am pretty glad I gave it a chance, because i enjoy it very much. I like the characters mad scientist!walter is my favorite)and the actors (Pacey was never that sexy, was he??). The story intrigues me, which is what it's meant to do, but I don't feel like they're piling up mysteries without ever giving answers.
True Blood up to ep.7
I liked how the story started, but now that it's diverging more and more from the books and Sookie isn't really the central character I am kind of bored with it. What's the point of the drugs plot line? Why did they decide to make Lafayette a drug dealer? And, while Jason was interesting at first, now he's just predictable and boring.
The way each episode keeps going in a thousand directions with all the different characters is so annoying. I usually enjoy having several storylines that slowly become one and make a pattern leading to something. But in this case, I don't feel like it's leading to anything.
