I found photos of a new Moitie print a couple of days ago, and I'm in love! I've asked around and got a little information saying that the print was an instore limited ed thing? I was wondering if anyone has anymore infomation or if someone has even managed to get their hands on it.

I don't like so much that print. It screaming JESUS! And I'm not sure how fit Jesus are with Moitie? I guess they don't fit together at all. But if you or anyone else like this I don't jugde you but I don't like it.

ALL of Moitie's prints/imagery are quite religious or use Chrisitian iconography. Quite a weird thing to say if you own anything from them that has their cross-embroidered lace or any of their prints.

Okey, I don't wanna fight with you all about this :D But still I don't like that that Jesus it put on that dress...That cross it is okey and I think it would looks more nice if there's no angels or Jesus on it. Because cathetrals and other church are just cool prints and frames too, but Jesus? Why, I don't get it...

Just that you don't feel you are only one thinking like this,
I'm with you in this one. It's obvious Christianity inspires Moitie, however I do think this is too much, Jesus? Well, it's just exotic for japanese people.
For some of us it's too much (myself included).

I do think the print is beautiful, but I could never wear it.
It's just an opinion, let's not fight, it's pointless. ^_^

I also feel bad about Jesus being on there...
but..... I still bought it T_T I couldn't resist v_v
...I just need to make sure my parents never see it
(and I think there's Mary on the right side... I'm not sure because I only saw my dress on the webcam - it's at a friend's place for the moment)
...I will definitely feel very weird and a bit guilty wearing it... but I still think it's gorgeous T_T

I can understand not liking Jesus on a skirt. I'm a Christian and think this is lovely. Not cause it's got Jesus on it er anything. As a whole it just looks nice.
Commenting on the whole Christianity and Moitie thing; Jesus dying on a cross is very morbid but carried allot of passion with the act itself. I think that's what they tried to capture in this print. Mana loves the whole dark and gothy thing so it makes sense to me that he would include the Passion of Christ somewhere in his clothing. Lots of European churches had gargoyles on them and were built with that dark and gloomy feeling to it.
All in all I think the print is a bit big to be on the front of the dress but lovely to me.
Just my opinion.
