[The terminal turns itself on, probably due to the startled yelp that starts the recording. She doesn't seem to realize that it's recording, so her voice is a bit muffled.]

I guess so. The records were really unorganized... but I think I'm starting to make sense of them.

Um, if you use cold water, most of the blood should come out! Oh, but if it's dried you should soak it in warm water first, just for a little while. Then scrub it out, with cold water. I guess peroxide might be a bit hard to come by here...
