Akai Sky shoot, pt. 1: sherbet colors
I was having dinner with moriyama_umi and ryuhayashi last month, and they asked me to do a photoshoot for their fantastic San Francisco-based American J-rock band Akai Sky. We decided on 2 looks and locations... this is the first. The styling in the second set is all them, but for the first I have to thank them for humoring my desire to see them all jump, with instruments, in pastel skinny jeans and striped tops. I got to refer to them by the color of their jeans too, deciding that they should all be frozen treats. Apologies to Durian, who I kept calling Lemon the whole day. My bad!
1. From left to right, that's Umi (bass, orange sherbet), Jinra (drums, durian sorbet), Ryuusei (voice, ichigo), Hayashi (guitar, mint chocochip)
