My parents witnessed this. Were pretty shaken up and Mother in her need to talk about it described in graphic detail. Makes me a horrid person that, while feeling sympathetic toward the woman's family, I am extremely relieved that it wasn't one of my parents in the tire's direct path. Also terrible of me that after finding out the woman was elderly that my first thought was: "At least it wasn't someone young."
