why im so lucky!!!!
so im back from australia..and had a great time..met some wonderful people..and saw some of the most beautiful sights i could have ever imagined..but then i came back and realized how lucky of a person i am...how lucky do u ask..well let me tell u.
i got my wisdom teeth pulled this past tuesday and have been lounging around the house every day since. that is not the lucky part. the lucky part is what came with this lounging. since i have not been able to eat solid foods yet due to swollen cheeks...i have had the most wonderful people take care of me, and entertain me since i havent really been out of the house since.
1. my family have been wonderful taking care of me. my brother and my parents have patiently got me the food and things i needed in order to get better comfortably.
2. i have the best girlfriend in the world!!! lisa was here from sunday-thursday, and she patiently took care of me, made sure i was comfortable, and watched movies with me for 3 straight days. we all know how much of a pain i am during movies, since i like to make smart ass comments throughout them, well, she was happy to sit there with me. Lisa, i love u sooo much!!!
as much pain as i was in with my cheeks swollen, (i got pictures dont worry), i couldnt have asked for a better way to recover. i am almost better, though i still cant eat solid foods, but now i am enjoying the weekend as we are going to get our xmas tree and get ready for the holidays.
what is the moral of the story u ask? well...i believe it is...be thankful for who u have in your life, and never hesitate to share with them how much u care about them. this past week has made me feel that i am the luckiest man on earth, and i just hope i can share with those who care for me, how much they mean to me.
