Jungle/DnB is the easiest as that's my scene:

Every Tuesday - Automatic @ Lotus Sound Lounge - 455 Abott St.
Every Sunday - Good Sundays @ Vibes - 555 Davie St.
1st and 3rd Saturday of every month - Artificial Intelligence - 1585 Johnston St. on Granville Island, upstairs from the Backstage Lounge.
1st & 3rd Thursday of every month - Ruckus @ Lick (upstairs from Lotus)
The last Sunday of every month - The Re-Lick (ragga-jungle) @ Lotus Sound Lounge - 455 Abbott St

Trance/techno/progressive I'm a little less versed on but these are the ones I know of:

Every Thursday - Driven (Techno, Trance, Progressive) @ The Drink 398 Richards St.
Every Friday - Organix (Trance) @ Club 23 23 West Cordova
Every Friday - Vivid (Trance, House, Breaks - rotates between them) @ Sonar 66 Water St.

House I know almost nothing about but this is a pretty big House town so I'm sure you can find something to your tastes. I just know there are House nights like Thursday through till Friday at the Lotus that have quite the following.
