(no subject)
So 2nd interview today didn't go nearly as well as 1st interview. Now i'm all nervous about getting this job and all that. I wasn't nearly as confident or self-assured as during interview #1. Also consider the fact that I'm applying for essentially a management position and I've never really managed any teams before - I mean I've been responsible for organizing teams and acting as a senior member to a team, but I've never been in the position that bore me the full brunt of responsibilit of the well-being of a project and a team of people.
Granted that's the type of questions they asked me. bleeeh
Anyway, I hope I get this job.
