I wish the neighbors would have more respect for those living around them when they decide to host a very loud party in the 2-story sized garage next door. The music is terrible, like they can't decide what rap to play so they play three at once while letting someone do karaoke. The catcalls to people as they park on the street and go up the

If it's past 3 AM, they are definitely breaking the law... and the police wouldn't have told him which neighbor called, or even that a neighbor had called... if the party is that noisy, a patrol car will stop and caution partiers to quiet down or close it down (that late).

Parties like that, police are sure to find someone doing something illegal - serving minors, doing drugs.
