HDTV Ephiphany
If you asked us about 20 minutes ago how we liked our HDTV that we’ve had for almost a month, we would have told you that it was nice.
That was before Drew found the HD component cables that came with the cable box.
Now all we can say is HOLY CRAP! I think I saw a booger hanging out of someone’s nose on the Golden Globes! And now we’re just flipping around. Planet Earth: Oceans. It’s like I’m at the freakin’ aquarium. And Pricilla Presley is on Larry King - OMG THE HORROR!
We have a PS3 that is also a Blu-ray player. It’s no wonder that The Dark Knight looked vastly superior to anything on TV, since that was hooked up with the proper HD cables.
Now I’m looking on Amazon for Blu-ray DVDs and I want a bunch that I already have in regular format. Firefly, Pride & Prejudice. New Doctor Who is currently not available but I’ve signed up to be notified for when it will be.
DAMN this is gonna cost me.
