Gravity works slowly if you notice it at all.

All of the fading memories rush back like the wind from a train as it speeds past you. Flicking your hair into the wind. You feel as if you might just take flight. But the realization of gravity holds you to the earth. And it frightens you, the shaking of your body and whipping of your hair. You want to float off with those memories, even the tears and sadness, the anger and the frustration. Your mind stays grounded, realizing that they are just fleeting memories of something that was good until the end, where the train dropped you off and moved on, with out you.
