The Professor... Flora feels as if they're true family, after all the time they've spent together, even if she were, in a sense, 'adopted.'. Though she can get angry at him for leaving her behind, he's the closest she will ever have to a parent. She would do anything to help him if he needed it.
Luke Triton
"It's pretty exciting, isn't it? All of us being here together."
Luke is what Flora would consider a little brother, someone she could pick on if she weren't as nice as she is. Instead, she enjoys solving puzzles with him and talking about the latest adventure. Sadly, in the time she comes from, Luke is no longer there to talk to her, but she knows at least she'll see him again there someday.
Claire Folly
"That's right; I'm glad you remember me."
Flora hadn't known Claire very long, since she revealed herself in Flora's time and disappeared shortly thereafter. However, here she's managed to be able to get to know her a little more, and she's starting to feel like Claire's part of her 'family' now. She hopes that she and the Professor can stay happy here as long as they can. She hasn't quite forgotten how upset the Professor was when she originally left.
Remi Altava
"Caught itself? . . . Is this a natural charm, then, Flora?"
Remi is apparently the first assistant the Professor had! Flora enjoys talking with Remi about things, and feels that she can trust her with some of the same things she could trust Claire with. She refers to her as 'Miss Remi,' out of respect, something like how she addresses Claire and Heather, despite being friends with them.
"Future" Luke Triton
"So you remember me, do you? I can't say I'm surprised."
'Future' Luke... how else can Flora feel about this person than a bunch of mixed feelings? She hates what he did, but somewhat understands why he fooled the Professor like he did. She doesn't like that he's attempting to get both her and Claire to not reveal to the Professor his true identity. Though she's a lot less peeved at him than she originally was, she can't help but feel uneasy that they're going to meet up soon.

One of the first friends Flora made in Johto. She likes that she can speak to her about anything, and hopes that they can become good friends. And she knows how to dress well, too! She wants to help Mimi if she can, because that's what she feels she needs to do for her friends.
Heather Mason

Their interactions may have been... well, on the odd side as far as situations go, Flora considers Heather to be her friend. She even showed concern for her when she was hurt despite believing a far-fetched tale and hopes that they can meet someday.
