Vaporeon is my favorite pokémon evar, long with Furret and Lanturn. This is Viran, a gijinka of mine from waaay back when on Tegaki. He's quiet-natured, aka awkward. xD I haven't had the chance to draw him in a while, so i wanted to do it more.
