*Like most of the population, Rio soon found herself receiving a package of her own. Though it was rather thin, she decided to bring it to her room before she tried opening it. After all, it wouldn't do to accidentally pull out a gun right out in public, now would it?
So, she went along to her room, shutting the door quietly before proceeding to tear the package open. In her excitement, she didn't even look at the contents before pulling them out. Why would she have to? It was something that had belonged to her anyway, right?*
Thud.
*In her surprise, Rio had fallen to her knees, clutching at her chest with a shocked expression. This feeling was familiar... too familiar. Even though she didn't really need to, she touched her side anyway, confirming her fears.
Her rib was missing. Again. So much for being saved.
On top of that, it looked like her scar was back, too. Talk about a disappointment.*
