I can't help overthinking it 'cause that's my lifeline we are talking about XD Yes, yes, finally, it's back, I was dying of uncertainly, to think that just a few days ago I was whining that we have to wait till March15 for the new TVD episode, it seemed so long, but after 2,5 month without Community it's really nothing,23 days is so much better than vaguely March or April. *sigh* I can't believe it's been 4 months since hiatus announcement, we've come so far...
Me,too, considering the miserable state of the network Community should have a good chance, I think Ausiello lists it as "safe bet", ALONG with The Office and Up All Night, it's not "sure thing" but I don't think NBC even has those on its list XDD So *crossing fingers* I'm nowhere near ready to even think of letting go of this show and this fandom, I NEED it to live on.
I don't miss P&R when it's not on, I really don't, I don't even think about it unless I'm watching it or seeing gifs from it, I love the show and it's the next best comedy after Community but nowhere near Community for me, I can honestly live without ANYTHING if that would mean getting as many Community seasons as we could. Btw, I heard something, is this season of P&R shorter than 22 episodes? That could mean why it's going off the air for 5 weeks..
I know. And it feels so satisfying actually having a solid date to countdown to. FINALLY!
After all the campaigning this fandom did, I think they'll have to give it some serious consideration. Even if it's not a safe bet, I still think it has a pretty good shot now that they know how angry we get when it's not around.
I do sort of miss Parks. I don't love it as much as Community obv, but I'm always thinking back to jokes and laughing. And I've grown so attached to all the characters. WHY CAN'T WE JUST HAVE BOTH! Damn, NBC.

Yeah, Community's ratings are bad, but they are not the worst for the network, so it might be a safer bet to go with an established show than trying(and failing) to come up with a new hit, I've noticed that anything that appeared on NBC after 2009 they never managed to keep for more than a full season (or two short seasons) After The Office and Parks Community is actually their most long-lived show that is still airing.
Well, yeah, I laugh at the jokes from Parks when I remember them or something reminds me of it, but when it's not on the air I don't FEEL the lack of it, idk, maybe it's because though I enjoy the characters I'm not that invested in their lives, I haven't even cared that much for Ben/Leslie since they got together. My sould gets weary and tired without Community, I don't feel the joy and excitement from watching a new Community episode with anything else, probably a result of watching too much TV, it all becomes a blur,lol, but still, Community shines and isn't a blur, I want to feel this roller-coaster on edge during the 20 minutes of first watch, holding my breath in case something even remotely J/A related happens *gg*

True. And Community is a part of their comedy line-up now. It would be weird for them to get rid of it, expcially when so many people adore it and so many people hate Whitney. I think it should be Community, Parks, 30 Rock, The Office, and Up All Night on Thursdays. And if they have to get rid of one they might as well ditch the Office because it hasn't been the same since Steve Carell left. (but I doubt they will since it's like the longest running show on that line-up)
I suppose so. I have been getting invested in it though. Without Community around I sorta just had to throw myself into something. It was mostly Parks and The Social Network. With like the occasional TVD and Gossip Girl. I still miss that excited feeling I got on Thursday's. Nothing comapares to the anticipation of knowing Community is on. Oh god 22 days!!! (And MAN I miss J/A!)
Hehe, it's good that you are flattered and not creeped out *gg* Hm, I was so sure it was you, now I have no idea who that could have been,lol, anyway, Whitechapel is a British detective crime drama (stars Rupert Penry Jones, whom I love from Persuasion, as new appointed DI with OCD aided by an old-school grumpy DS and a quirky crime history enthusiast, all familiar faces from other British stuff,lol) where they solve murders that happen in Whitechapel, and obv. from the name the first season deals with a Jack the Ripper copycat (it's a very simplistic explanation,though, you'd have to watch it because it's quite entertaining and chilling and also even funny sometimes, I've come to like the characters a lot, I think it's good in that way only British shows are good, so psychological and character driven) S1 and 2 have 3 episodes, s3 I think will have 6, and I think it's getting better, I'm really entertained by this season, tbh, I was more interested in the two murder mysteries of this season than that of Sherlock's.
They should ditch the Office but it's their only flagship that still gets ratings over 2 so they are gonna milk that cow dry :/ NBC wants the 4 comedies+drama evening to work again (like people say it used to years ago) but it does not, so maybe they should get back to 6 comedies like that year (though they have less comedies this year, I guess)
I was mostly obsessing over Community even when it wasn't on, well, at least over J/A, it's still the only fanfic I read (I did venture a little bit into Delena fanfic because I saw very intriguing premises but damn the delivery is hit and miss, there's so much trash in that fandom, Community fanfic is almost all quality, but in TVD is so easy to stumble onto something that makes your eyes bleed XD)
