So...like...tomorrow? It's sort of my FUCKING BIRTHDAY! Just thought I'd casually slip that in there. Also, not that I'm asking or anything, but y'know, If you guys want to give me a present or anything, I'm hardly going to stop you. 'Cos that's just rude. So yeah...
Now that I've got shamelessly hinting for presents out of the way, how about we get on this meme?
Day 15 - Favorite female character
This one's hard. I love a lot of female characters. I mean, there's Nancy Botwin, Katherine Pierce, Leslie Knope, Britta Perry, Katie Fitch and Brittany S. Pierce to name a few. But I think I'm gonna have to go with Amy Pond on this one.
And sure maybe it's because I have the biggest girl-crush on Karen Gillan. And maybe it's because her hair alone makes me all starry eyed. And maybe it's because her accent is incredibly amusing. And maybe it's all those things! I don't know. I just know I love Amy Pond very very much.
I only started watching Doctor Who during the latest series, so I only know vague details about Nine, Ten and all the other companions, but I honestly amn't that arsed to learn about them because really Eleven and more importantly Amy Pond are good enough for me. I mean, they're what got me into Doctor Who in the first place.
And Amy is just so everything. She's broken, but she's happy. She's fun, and smart, and quirky, and feisty, and she wears the tiniest skirts which is so amusing. And her relationship with the Doctor is so beautiful. I just love how corageous she is, and how she's the girl with the fairytale name. The girl who waited. And I love how she just fits in everywhere despite being just another normal earthling. And I love her relationship with everyone. With Eleven, Rory, Vincent Van Gogh.
