A comparitively short entry. Short compared to what, though?
O Yeah? So you wanna talk about it for a while...
Anywho, so it's been a while. A lot's happened, a lot of it irrelevant. Some of it life-changing. You won't read much of the latter here, however. Suffice to say, I'm becoming a better person privately.
So, what's been going on? A lot of ICE stuff, but you wouldn't know it from looking at the site, because most of it is half-done and / or not able to be uploaded yet. I really do have to get around to finishing everything off soon as possible! Deathmatches, The Movies (tm) movies, and an entirely unique project called "The Voice of Electronics" will all be comin' to getcha eventually.
I've been doing well with driving lessons, and confident that I'll get my restricted license when I go for it on the 17th. When I get my cashflow going the right way again, I'll definitely be hitting the gym - I just know I'll get out of shape if I stop walking everywhere.
World Wrestling Entertainment came to New Zealand last weekend! So of course me and some of my crew headed down to Wellington to check it out (with great seats, no less). It was an absolutely fantastic show from start to finish, during Booker T / Chris Benoit I actually had to remind myself I'm not watching TV or playing a game, the actual people are doing their thing right there in front of me. Crazy-go-nuts! Unfortunately afterwards I was feeling like absolute shit physically and made the mistake of calling Jessie and Cathy out into town with me, James and Zane and it didn't really turn out all that well.
The Youth Committee is about to ramp up! Bah Gawd, it's gonna be crazy. Me and Sam applied, and went in on Tuesday for "part 2" of the group interviews. A total of 60 young people applied and showed up over the two days, and after meeting only half of them I can tell we're either going to get awesome results, or everything will turn to shit beyond belief. There are a few cool people with good ideas and their heads screwed on, but to balance that tehre are a ton of absolute head-in-the-clouds dreamers who don't seem to know the kinda of things that are actually plausible. I can't say I have enough faith in the 'judging' system about who gets in, as there was no individual element, all just observing a group of 30 at a time. Hopefully it turns out alright, though...
