I was in jail before August 2nd when I posted to Janelle and Julie.
I had to go to jail for things that happened with Amy Poeler that I have
already posted about where she stole my backpack and camera.
President Donald Trump has been to Oregon. In 2009 I went to war when
President Obama was president. I was deployed from the Kentucky
U.S. Marine base as a Green Beret. I am a Colonel in the United States Army.
I was arrested in November by Portland Police and illegally transported
to Washington County for two arrests. The Portland arrest included an
illegal out of jurisdiction arrest where they arrested me for Washington
County Police and illegally transported me between Portland jail and
Washington County jail. Federal law is that Police Officers may only
arrest within their jurisdiction. Washington County and Portland Police
have broken these laws over and over again. Washington County Police
break Federal booking laws and hold arrested citizens overnight before
seeing a judge or appointed lawyer. They typically hold citizens for over
30 days during and through misdemeanor trials which is punishable to
over 300 years for their breaking of Federal laws. Booking and release laws
are ignored. Sharon Barger and other Federal Presidential signed executions
work the Washington County Jail and at the Portland jail.
