Bush rebate check arrives a month before (you can look up the schedule, though I can't find it @ teh moment, based on the last four digits of yr SS#, so long as you've actually filed in time), though that's more likely going to be stimulating the econmies of the the UK and the EU, as I stock up for my inglorious hour ...
But I do see that Ty's coming again this year, so ...
