Sunny's family is middle class and consists of her parents, older brother and younger sister making her the middle child. Sunny never really had big dreams but that was okay because her parents had enough for her in mind. Her mother always found it important that she was artistically educated. She took her daughter to museums, ballet performances, opera's, exhibitions etc. Because of her Sunny knows how to play the violin, an instrument she finds rather frustration. Playing an instrument didn't turn out to be a passion of her but dancing did. Her mother put her on ballet at a young age and later on Sunny also did traditional dance, ballroom and street dance. Most of her time was spent practicing with her fellow students.
Her school life was pretty uneventful, Sunny got into trouble like any other teenager with raging hormones. She dated guys that were bad for her, lied to her parents, skipped school. All in all she did end up alright, graduating with okay grades but it was then trouble started. Her father wanted her to start studying to become an accountant so she could make a lot of money. Sunny told her father she rather jumped off a building than become an accountant. A fight erupted and Sunny either went to college to become an accountant or found something herself.
Not having big interests or dreams Sunny ended up auditioning at Yong Tae Entertainment simply because she had nothing else. Her audition got her in at Yong Tae Academy where she's been a trainee for a year now and enjoys learning new languages, getting better at dancing and even singing. So far all Sunny has achieved is starring in a commercial for lipgloss. She is proud of that though and gave her a lot of motivation to keep working hard to become famous.

Sunny is a cheerful girl who likes to small and have fun. She isn't however an innocent girl, a big misconception people have about her. She likes to go out with her friends, party and is really fond of boys. She even was involved in a scandal with a member of a boygroup of Yong Tae Ent which got her into trouble, but nothing a little bit of pouting and sweet talking couldn't fix.
She isn't a bad girl though, she has her morals, is loyal to her friends, works hard and is rather stubborn. Sunny is an easy girl to get to know as she is extrovert and will help people out when needed.
