Freedom Fucking our Rights away. Shoot Intruders and Do time?
I don't understand this contradiction.
Part of American Justice...there is more allowance for protection of yourself, especially on your own property, here in the US more than anywhere in the world...YET...I have heard of Shooting intruders and the property owner ending up in prison as well as suid by the INTRUDER for personal damages.
Is this another interpretation of allowances to protect onself only in cases of "Personal harm" or it's prison time??? Fuck a whole lot of that...

basic tenant when threatened, have the right to protect oneself by any means.
So how did this intruder have the RIGHT or place to SUE.
What happened to the right to inflict deadly force upon threatener!?!?!
So what's the truth here.....and how many rights do we have left???
Then I have heard of Bernhard Goetz shooting of Vigilante's on a subway and being harrolded.
Majority of blacks back in 84 supported the man protecting himself. I'd say that would be VERY different today. Especially given that fireworkds debacle in Detroit years ago. So much outcry how we'd never hear about it if it happened to black people. The whole thing infuriated me, they have to turn EVERY fucking thing to be about THEM and 'racial' shit. ALLLL about them.
Just like Katrina' "Its clearly a racial issue" No it's clearly an economic issue and noone cares to spend money that doesnt go in THEIR pockets (Guess what, that includes me, white and none elite to be screwed), along with the real ball being dropped on a local level more than national.
So I went on a tangeant. I just don't get how self protection has gone so askewed.
And how this country has FREEDOM fucked themselves into a corner.
I can't spank my kids!?!! Oral sex is illegal? GET OUT OF MY WOMB, my bedroom and my non bible holding bookshelf!
I don't reckognize this country anymore.
Edit: I need to edit this. I forgot about Todd. 20 years ago now. He was shot by a homeowner and killed. However the Homeowner opened the door to let in a totally drunk young man. I don't think Todd even knew him, he was just a drunk kid.
This is a very sad case of using deadly force. He could have shot him in the leg or CALLED THE POLICE!!!
Sad...so VERY SAD...he was magnificent.
