upgrade, baby!
tomorrow earthlink is coming to hook up cable internet. i must say this
makes me extremely happy. obvious reasons. had issues with the image map
that i didn't recognize until i tried viewing the page with mozilla. so,
i had to go back and redo the whole thing. ie just tricked me into thinking
that the other browsers would act like it did. oh well, it's done. DHTML
is fun. javascript is fun. all that stuff.
i have yet another logic test coming up soon. and business, too. i'm pretty
sure there's going to be a major program in database before the semester is
over. maybe i'm wrong. all my teachers are trying to get as many graded assignments
in as possible before finals. i almost forgot about the "career project" that
i have to do for business. i have to write a five page paper on what i want
my career to be and why. then, i have to give a presentation on it. how lame.
it seems a little late for me to have to do something like that. all that
class did for me was help me change my mind about minoring in business.
there's actually no way for me to do that anyway. i have (hopefully) three
more semesters after this one, and every one of those semesters i'll have to
take 9 hours or more of computer science. also, one semester i have physics
209 and another i have math 303. so, it's not as if i have time to mess around
with intro level business courses that give assignments on choosing a career
path when i'm less than two years away from graduating.
