We have these little marker boards outside our offices and cubicles that let the plethora of managers, planners, directors, and supervisors can see what we're working on, and how available we are to work. I usually draw a little something at the bottom. While I've got the scanner at my desk; I went ahead and scanned today's status (with project names blurred out so I don't get my hiney fired):
