• several fat daylight spools of film. i am partial to 100T/7248 and 50D/7245. their black and white stocks are nice, too, or so i hear.

That movie blew me away. I love Edna.

i loved edna, too. the scene where she was demonstrating the uniforms had me in stitches. after seeing some of the storyboards, i wish they'd put her dogs in the film.

did you think that isabella rosselini did the voice for mirage? i was totally convinced of this for the entire film. turns out, it was elizabeth "no chopped liver, either" pena.

We kept whipsering who we thought the voice of Edna was. Laurie thought it was Whoopi. I had no clue it was the director.

When they showed the footage of the malfunctioning capes, I was dying. That still has me laughing.

I had no clue who Mirage was. I was waiting for it to be Shakira or someone stupid like that :)

I'm old and had to explain Hai Karate to people.

I need to see it again.
